Acropolis of Heritheas

In the immediate vicinity of the site that was known as Bybassos in former times you will find the Acropolis of Heritheas. The ruins are in a small valley in an altitude of approx. 760 m. On foot you need about 1 hour to reach the ruins. About 400 years B.C. this was the location of a famous medical centre.
